The ancient Siddha spiritual technique known as Vadha Vithai is a tool of spiritualism used in Traditional Siddha Medicine (TSM). The foundational concept, referred to as 'Truthism' or Selvarajitham, is based on Vaadham, meaning the oxidative process.
The Basic Truthism
Modern civilization is a synthesis of four great ancient cultures: Indian and
Chinese in the East, and Egyptian and Greek in the West. Its evolution began with
religious rituals, which gradually gave rise to philosophy, then to science,
ultimately shaping the modern Western culture that now influences the world. While
this progression has led to numerous avenues of advancement for the future, it has
often diverged from the fundamental truths of Nature.
In contrast, the Siddhas introduced a profound philosophy—Truthism—intended to guide
humanity back to the natural path. They emphasized the necessity of aligning with
the spirit of Nature, advocating a transformative practice of conscious breathing to
promote eternal life. Inspired by this philosophy, I embarked on a journey to
uncover the true meaning of birth and death, seeking the ultimate destiny of the
human spirit—immortality, or deathlessness. Selvarajitham illuminates this path
toward Eternity, serving as the foundation of Basic Truthism.

Truthism is the foundation of
Selvarajitham.
The ultimate truth lies in the reality of living peacefully in this world. True life
originates from the Universe and continues its journey on Earth. However, the ideal
human experience is interpreted and shaped by the brain, often constrained by
religion, caste, greed, and nationalism—fragmented by various isms. These divisions
inevitably disrupt society, as the mind drives individuals toward both noble and
destructive actions, ultimately resulting in suffering on personal and societal
levels.
In modern life, the mind has assumed dominance. Thinkers began to assert themselves
by channeling their Siddham—the hidden, pure form of the mind—either selfishly or
selflessly. This has sparked new movements in religion, philosophy, culture,
education, and the broader cultivation of human life.
Motivated by this quest, I turned to the ancient Siddha way of life, focusing
particularly on Vadhaviththai—a bio-aerobic or spiritual breathing technique known
as Oothumurai. These specialized breathing practices are designed to help
individuals live free from worry and disease, ultimately guiding them on a path
toward eternal life.

The Establishment of Research on Energy Transformation in the Ancient Siddhas' TVM Life Energy System Based on Meridian Theory
The formulation of the TVM Theory—Spiritual Breathing Technique (SBT)—along with its
associated meditative practices, enables a deeper exploration of the human energy
system and the observation of cosmological energy fields within the realm of life
sciences. When approached through this framework, the brain begins to perceive these
subtle energies through vivid inner experiences, often described as imaginative or
intuitive perceptions.
Although some may argue that the brain cannot recognize such experiences as real,
the practices introduced here—especially Oothumurai and other yogic breathing
techniques—serve as evidence to the contrary. These techniques are systematically
aligned with the body’s energy meridians: the left (ida), right (pingala), and
central (sushumna) nadis (subtle nerve channels), through which vital energy (prana)
is believed to flow.
As demonstrated in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the insertion of an
acupuncture needle into the skin can trigger changes in ATP activity within the cell
body, resulting in the release of energy. However, such stimulation is considered
artificial. Similarly, artificial ventilation can induce comparable physiological
effects.
In contrast, the TVM Theory utilizes a direct ventilation method, incorporating both
morphological transformations and imaginative experiences. This approach establishes
a connection between the body’s micro-energy and the macro-cosmic energy of the
universe, thereby naturally activating ATP energy at the cellular level.
Within the TVM framework, sonication is seamlessly integrated into the breathing
techniques, promoting phosphorylation through the Oothumurai practice of internal,
natural ventilation. This is accomplished through a series of structured breathing
methodologies. As a result, ATP is stimulated to release life-preserving hormones
that play a crucial role in protecting the body’s cells, tissues, nadi channels, and
vital organs—supporting the overall health and vitality of the entire body.
Through the practice of Quantum Oothumurai within the TVM system, it becomes
possible to protect the entire body from diseases, mental disturbances, and other
afflictions. This method acts as a comprehensive safeguard for both the body and
mind, preserving their functions in all aspects. TVM directly engages with and
influences the energy levels of consciousness itself, enabling individuals to
experience a sense of eternity within their existence. Consequently, one can live in
this elevated state perpetually, attaining a deep understanding of Siddha
consciousness—a foundation for a future life imbued with clarity, purpose, and
harmony. This practice empowers the practitioner to transmute the self into an
ever-living process, fully embracing the totality and continuity of life.
