Our purpose
To empower individuals by integrating ancient Siddha wisdom with modern practices through structured breathing techniques, yogic principles, and cosmic awareness. These practices aim to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being while fostering longevity, inner balance, and a deeper connection with universal consciousness.
Our aspirations
To transform humanity by integrating Mahasiddha lifestyle wisdom into individual
bio-farming through sonication and phosphorylation, enabling people to transcend
physical, mental, and spiritual limitations. This approach harmonizes cells,
tissues, and organs, fostering enlightenment and promoting disease-free, harmonious
lives aligned with the natural rhythms of the universe.

Goals
Promote Mahasiddha Mu.Ma.Se’s Breathing Techniques: Empower individuals to
adopt spiritual breathing practices guided by Maha Siddha wisdom. These techniques
enhance well-being, improve overall wellness, extend lifespan, support healing, slow
aging, and ultimately pave the way to eternity.
Achieve Universal Oneness: Inspire individuals to connect with cosmic
consciousness and realize the unity of body, mind, and spirit—both individually and
collectively—across societies and nations.
Integrate Traditional Wisdom and Modern Science: Develop evidence-based
approaches that merge ancient Siddha knowledge of Vaadha, Vaithiya, Yoga, and
Gnana—specifically Vaadha (வாதம்) in Tamil, the second respiratory function
influencing the cardiovascular system. These practices facilitate natural oxidation
and ventilation throughout the body, aligning with contemporary scientific research
to promote holistic well-being.
Mahasiddha Mu.Ma.Se practices serve as a bridge between modern science and
philosophy. Previously, there was no direct link between them, but these practices
now foster a deeper understanding and connection between scientific principles and
philosophical wisdom.
Global Awareness: Spread the teachings and practices of the Siddha
Consciousness Research Foundation (SCRF) to foster unity and oneness globally.
Integrate Tamil Siddha’s Literary Knowledge: Merge ancient practices—Vaatham,
Vaithyam, Yoga, and Gnanam—with modern scientific approaches to expand the spiritual
wisdom of Mahasiddha Mu.Ma.Se. This integration aims to address chronic diseases and
enhance human life expectancy.
Practice to Spread Breathing Awareness: Share the Siddha traditional
life-saving practices, specifically Vaadham through the aerobic process, which
manifests as Lightfulness (Jothi), Energy (Swarupa), Sound (Sabtha), Breath
Regulation (Sara – Aerobic), Unitedness (Yoga), Wisdom (Gnana), Meditation
(Dhyanam), and Total Awareness (Samadhi). These represent the eight gateways to
transcend death (மறலிகை). This includes Vaara Sara—the table of breathing
ventilation, Sara Sathsasthra—the
secret knowledge of breath, and Sara Gnana—the wisdom of infinite consciousness.
These practices elevate human consciousness, aligning with the higher awareness of
Homo sapiens and the Oothumurai of Selvarajitham, ultimately guiding individuals
toward eternal living.
Values
Unity and Oneness: Recognizing the interconnectedness of all beings and
promoting universal consciousness.
Holistic Healing: Emphasizing the integration of body, mind, and spirit as
essential for true wellness.
Wellness and Longevity: Striving for disease-free, worry-free living through
structured breathing techniques.
Empowerment and Freedom: Helping individuals achieve physical, mental agility
as a pathway for spiritual liberation.
Compassion and Service: Serving humanity with dedication, humility, and the
intent to uplift collective consciousness.
Traditional Wisdom with Modern Integration: Preserving Siddha traditions
while incorporating modern advancements for a holistic approach.
Selvajitham is a way of life, encompassing living and beyond. How scientific
findings and their achievements help in healing various diseases, acting as an
immune generator, and becoming a bridge between philosophy and science. Let us
synthesize.
